On Obama's website - Instructions for winning over Hillary supporters

Reach Out Weekend (Community Service)
This is going to be a tough weekend for Hillary supporters. They are going through a grieving process and their hopes are shaken because their candidate lost the primary election. Healing needs to take place to unite the Democratic Party after a long and contentious primary season. Hillary supporters need affirmation that they backed a worthy candidate with a very fine message and that this message can still be carried forward in the general election. Hillary supporters need to be appreciated for their Democratic values and for what they can do to help defeat John McCain in November. We need to emphasize our commonalities and set aside our differences. This weekend, find a Hillary supporter and give them a hug, buy them a cup of coffee, or drop them a conciliatory note. Remind them that that this country cannot undergo four more years of Bush policies. The only way we can prevent this from happening is to work together.
